Social Security Disability
If you cannot do work that you did before and you cannot adjust to other work
because of your medical condition(s), then you may be eligible for benefits from

must also last or be expected to last for at least one year or to result in

If you are denied benefits from
the Social Security Administration, you have a right to appeal. The appeal
must be perfected within a very limited time frame. There
are very strict timelines that do relate to the filing of Social Security
disability applications and therefore, if you believe you are completely
disabled, you should not delay in applying for benefits.
